Cymuned a Phobl Ifanc

Mae Sylfaen gyda phrofiad helaeth o gefnogi grwpiau o bobl mewn cymunedau difreintiedig i greu newid yn lleol sy’n gynaladwy trwy redeg cyrsiau cymunedol.

Rhan amlaf, mae’r cyrsiau wedi eu lleoli yn y gymuned ac nid oes angen unrhyw brofiad neu cymwyster i fynd arnynt.

Rydym yn chwilio am bobl lleol sy’n dymuno gweld newid yn eu cymuned ac o’r cyrsiau mae cynlluniau cymunedol yn datblygu, cynlluniau sydd yn berthnasol ac yn deillio o’u profiad nhw o’u cymuned. Mae’r gwaith yn cymryd amser sgiliau ac amynedd. Am fwy o wybodaeth am y cyrsiau hyfforddiant cliciwch Cyrsiau/Courses.

Mae Sylfaen yn credu dylia unrhyw broses datblygu cymunedol gynnwys pobl ifanc am y reswm syml, mai nhw yw dyfodol ac mae’n bwysig eu cynnwys mor fuan â phosib.

Community and Young People

Sylfaen has vast experience of supporting groups in underprivileged communities to create change through community courses.

As a rule the courses are situated within the communities and those wishing to attend a course do not need to meet specific criteria.

We are looking for local people who wish to see change in their communities and from our courses a community plan can be developed, a plan that is relevant and results from their experiences of their communities. The work takes time, skill and effort. For further information on the courses click community development courses.

Sylfaen believe that all community development processes should involve young people for the simple reason that they are the future and it's vital they are involved from the earliest possible opportunity.

An example of our courses we have developed:

Climbing The Walls (outdoor pursuits training scheme for women)
Second Chance Training (arts and crafts training scheme)
