Val Owen is Chief Executive of a family support services charity called Y Bont. The charity specialises in family group conferencing, family mediation, advocacy and support. She is a qualified social worker.
Cemlyn Rees Williams was the Head of the Citizens Advice Service in Gwynedd, following a successful career with the Department of Work and Pensions. He has been a Caernarfon Town Councillor and a Gwynedd County Councillor.
Sel Williams has retired as a lecturer in Community Development at Bangor University. He works with Cwmni Bro Ffestiniog, an umbrella organisation in Blaenau Ffestiniog which is developing a regeneration plan for the area.
