Sylfaen Cymunedol have just been awarded a grant of £10,000 from the Garfield Weston Foundation, to support the Rhwyd Arall project for the next two years.
The money is a contribution towards core expenditure: travel costs for the worker, and to invest in the young people themselves in order to overcome practical difficulties so that they can reconnect with education.
Val Williams of Sylfaen Cymunedol said:
“Rhwyd Arall helps young people to maintain or re-start their education. We are very grateful for the support of the Garfield Weston Foundation.”
